Checkin details and house manual will be emailed a day before your check in date . Sidanna Retreat is a non-smoking retreat. A charge of 250 will be applied to the bill of the registered guest, should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room. Guest authorizes Sidanna Retreat INC to charge their credit card above for agreed upon booking fees and understands that the credit card information will be saved to file for future charges in case of any damages to the property. Full refund for cancellations requested at least 6 months prior to your scheduled check in date. 50% refund for cancellations requested less than 6 months and up to 2 weeks before your scheduled check-in date. No refunds for cancellations requested within 2 weeks of your scheduled check in date. Full refund for cancellations requested within 48 hours of booking date.Cancellation fee of 3% will be charged . In case of covid -19 restrictions , we can reschedule your booking dates , depending on availability , price and season . Seasonal rates will apply if rescheduling due to covid. ​Please note that there will be no refunds if decide to check out in the middle of your stay . We are not responsible for your belongings once you have checked out. We may have members of our cleaning staff and maintenanace staff in the property if hot tubs, pools and repairs need to be done . We will not tolerate bad mouthing any of our team members or staff. Guests will be asked to leave immediately if our staff or team members are harrassed. 18. All of our retreats are family friendly and we will not tolerate lewd and obscene behaviour. This is prohibited and a fine of $500 will be charged . Please understand and respect this rule . 19. Please note that hot tubs and saunas are open all year , but there are rare ocassions when these amenities can malfunction . We work very hard to fix and diagnose the problems . There will be no refunds if an amenity is not working or functioning properly.
