Starters

Tomato and peach carpaccio, whipped chèvre, basil oil, balsamic and greens 

OR

Seared scallop and pea puree

Crispy pancetta, mint, lemon, shaved radish

OR

Shaved cucumber and melon salad

Quick-pickled shallot, mint, torn sourdough croutons, creamy feand a white balsamic vinaigrette

 

Mains

Grilled halibut, sweet corn puree, blistered cherry tomatoes, crispy prosciutto, shaved fennel and tarragon 

OR

Free-range chicken thighs with charred peach glaze, sweet corn puree, blistered cherry tomatoes, crispy prosciutto, shaved fennel and tarragon 

OR

Handmade pasta filled with sweet corn and lemony ricotta, served with brown butter, fresh herbs, shaved zucchini, and parmesan crisps (optional: crispy prosciutto) 

Pleasant endings

wild blueberry pavlova with lemon curd, blueberry compote and vanilla bean whipped cream

  I love turning fresh, seasonal ingredients into delicious food that looks just as beautiful as it tastes.

I take a lot of inspiration from Italian and Mexican cuisines as they're my personal favourites to cook and eat but I also love putting a fun or elevated twist on the classics and experimenting with new flavours. I find inspiration from what's in season, and anything that adds colour and flavour to the plate.
