Erin Pettipas
I love turning fresh, seasonal ingredients into delicious food that looks just as beautiful as it tastes.
I take a lot of inspiration from Italian and Mexican cuisines as they're my personal favourites to cook and eat but I also love putting a fun or elevated twist on the classics and experimenting with new flavours. I find inspiration from what's in season, and anything that adds colour and flavour to the plate.
