By using these amenities, I understand and acknowledge the potential risks associated with their use. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, it is important to recognize that:

• Supervision of Children: Young children must always be closely supervised when using pools, hot tubs, and saunas. These amenities are not suitable for unsupervised minors.

• Health Considerations: Guests with heart conditions or other health concerns should consult a physician before using hot tubs or saunas, particularly for prolonged periods or at high temperatures.

• Pool Safety: Diving into shallow areas can result in serious head or neck injuries. Always ensure the water depth is appropriate before diving.

• Deck Awareness: Wet or slippery surfaces around pools and hot tubs can increase the risk of falls. Guests should avoid running or engaging in activities that could lead to injury.

 

Unsupervised Amenities
 

As these amenities are not supervised by staff, I accept full responsibility for my safety and the safety of those in my party. Sidanna Retreat is not liable for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may arise from the use of these facilities.

 

Release of Liability
 

By choosing to use these private amenities, I freely accept and fully acknowledge all associated risks, dangers, and hazards. I agree to hold Sidanna Retreat, its owners, and its partners harmless and free from any liability or legal claims related to the use of these facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents.
