  • We support the project through every stage: selection of site location, development of construction drawings,  land development work, installation of foundation, construction and management of all trades, interior design, procurement and installation of all furnishings and amenities and photography and launch of the property across all booking platforms.

  • We’ve worked on renovations, design and delivery of prefabricated modular homes, full construction of traditional stick frame buildings, log homes, and timber frame and structural insulated panel construction.

  • We have 20+ year of experience in sourcing future and decor and are able to leverage our network of wholesale vendors and manufacturers to offer our clients the best design, quality and value on the procurement of interior and exterior furnishings and decor.   We have relationships with the factories who manufacture our amenities such as spas, saunas, container pools and clear polycarbonate domes  so we are able to provide our clients with the best possible value on their equipment purchases. 

Full Property Management Services for High-End Vacation Rentals

  • Ongoing photography and videography to capture the magic of your property through every season and weather condition.

  • Listing creation and management of your listing  on the Sidanna Retreat web site, Airbnb, VRBO and other booking platforms.

  • Ongoing price optimization of the listing and marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram , TikTok as well as Google.  

  • Operational management including procurement of all supplies, management of cleaning between guest stays and all maintenance.  

  • All guest communications
