Sidanna Retreat Cancellation and Reservation Policy - A full refund will be issued for cancellations requested at least 6 months prior to your scheduled check in date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations requested less than 6 months and up to 2 weeks before your scheduled check-in date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 2 weeks of your scheduled check in date. - A Full refund will be issued for cancellations requested within 48 hours of your booking date. A cancellation fee of 3.9%, representing our credit card processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. - ​There will be no refunds issued if a guest decides to check out in the middle of their stay. Sidanna Retreat Reservation Policy - In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, the full cost of repair will be applied to the pre-authorized Credit Card for all repairs and replacement costs. - Minimum Check-In Age is 18 unless travelling with a guardian or parent. - Our Check-In Time is 3 pm Check-Out Time is 10am . Guest will be charged $50 for late checkout . - Our Checkin details and house manual will be emailed to the guest 2 weeks before arrival. - Sidanna Retreat is a non-smoking retreat. A charge of 250 will be charged to the guest credit card on file, should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room. - Sidanna Retreat is not responsible for your belongings once you have checked out. - Sidanna Retreat maintenance staff may need to enter the property during your stay if urgent repairs any of the appliances are necessary. We will connect with you to discuss beforehand if this situation arises. - We will not tolerate bad mouthing any of our team members or staff. Guests will be asked to leave immediately if our staff or team members are harassed. - All of our retreats are family friendly and children are welcome. - Sidanna we will not tolerate lewd and obscene behaviour in our properties. We reserve the right to impose a $500 penalty if any such conduct occurs. - Sidanna Retreat has installed surveillance cameras at the entrances to our properties to ensure security and safety of the property. - Only guests who are staying the property are allowed on the property. Please contact us prior to inviting any additional guests if you would like to invite additional friends and family during your stay. - The Guest authorizes Sidanna Retreat INC to charge the credit card provided for agreed upon booking fees, and understands that the credit card information will be saved on file for future charges in case of any damages to the property. - Please note that hot tubs and saunas are open all year, but there are rare occasions when these amenities or other amenities can malfunction . We work very hard to fix and diagnose the problems . There will be no refunds if an amenity is not working or functioning properly.
